Comment
I had to change my appointment due to a close relative passing away, the girl I spoke to was lovely but did not advise me that there was a big difference in the cost due to a different member of staff doing the cut. Had I been advised then I would not have had a cut as well as it was too expensive, I mentioned this at the point of paying but nothing was done. This has now put me off having a cut in future with yourselves as it took approximately 5-10 minutes for the cut and I cannot justify £35 for that.
