Im a regular at the colour rooms. Extremley pleased with my experience in terms of service provided, finished result of hair, friendliness of staff. Last visit was not as good, didnt have my usual colourist, colour was great but service like being offered a magazine and a drink whilst waiting for the colour to take was missing. Also was nearly overcharged..it wasnt the usual person on the till.They thought a more expensive stylist had done my hair. This also happened to a friend a week later who goes there. Otherwise it is usually an excellent experience, this was probabaly a one off.
