I am really pleased with my haircut and Luke is fantastic and I would recommend him to friends and family. But I’m wheelchair bound and this was the first time at the salon to have a cut and blowdry. I had only been a model before. Sadly I was unable to have the experience that I wanted. As I’m unable to transfer I had to have a wet cut. I was very disappointed after months of lockdown was really looking forward to my visit. I hadn’t even washed my hair to go to the salon so after it was cut and Luke dried it and put straighteners through it for me I had to get my carer to wash it at home as I couldn’t use the sinks at the salon. When I booked I had rang and told them I was wheelchair bound and I wasn’t told I couldn’t have my hair washed. Yet it still cost £50 after the confusion as it was £56 originally.
