My first visit to The Chair and I can't fault the experience. I chose to book an appointment with Katie because the information on the website made it quite clear she had particular expertise with fine hair. And she was brilliant - she took the time to listen to me, to get to know what I do (or don't do!) with my hair and to talk through the options. She showed me exactly what she intended to do with my hair before cutting it so I knew exactly what to expect. And I wasn't disappointed. I love it - after more than six months she literally put the bounce back in my hopelessly fine hair! More than that, the experience overall was very welcoming. The building is beautiful - much bigger than you might expect from the exterior - with several floors of beauty rooms and a gorgeous outdoor terrace at the back. Lots of space for clients inside too. The lovely lady at reception gave me a quick tour before I left. Because it was my first visit, I got a 20% discount so that was a lovely surprise. I've already booked my next appointment and have no hesitation in recommending the salon to anyone else.

I have always been treated very well, received professional advice and am always happy with the end product. Staff are friendly and professional in their appearance I can always get an appointment when I need one. I have also visited the beauty salon and received excellent expert services and advice.
