Would love to see a movement towards a more sustainable salon - not keen on the disposable cups. Otherwise, I always have a great experience at Suite J and always walk away happy. My cuts last for 12 weeks, and that is a sign of a good cut.

A good cut, but shorter than I had wanted. I’d love to see reusable cups for beverages used and a small detail but a hook on the back of the toilet door would be most useful for handbags and jackets.

Great job on my colour and highlights. Looks so professional and highlights blend in really beautifully for a very natural look. Salon is lovely and gleaming clean, staff very friendly and very skilled hairdressers. Thank you!

1st Q - As an older client, I find the overhead lighting harsh and VERY unflattering. , 2nd Q - Very well, no silly chit chat, professional. 3rd Q - I appreciated the advice, learnt how to wash my hair without tangling. 4th Q - Wish I had have got some advice as to how to manage my natural curls by myself. ie after service care. 5th Q - I am a pensioner, so it's big deal for me going to the salon. The prices have risen. 6th Q - Most of my friends who have their hair done regularly have their salons of choice, if any want to change I shall recommend you. I would recommend the person I saw, I really liked her approach.

I’m always happy with the quality of the haircuts I receive at Suite J, and the service is very good. My only bug bear is that they serve you a tea/coffee in take away cups. In the interests of the environment and greater sustainability, we need to move away from these single use items, so I’d like to see the salon improve their sustainability practices.

As a reguar customer i keep coming back for 4 reasons,local, friendly staff who make u welcome, good customer service & of course a good colour & cut.
