My blonde hair was a hot mess when I visited Suite Jay. Not only did Jay fix it, but for a small budget he also made the colour almost to my 100% dream hair which is pretty impressive for my first appointment there. I was pretty emotional about the whole situation due to my previous experiences with other salons that in my opinion just wasted my money and damaged my hair but he persisted to explain everything thoroughly to me that he was doing, and also gave me advice on care for my hair which is fine to medium-fine curly ... and if anyone else has curly hair reading this our hair can get damaged quite easily. He didn't stop till it was as perfect as he could get it. I was in the salon for 6 hours, When I was only meant to be there for three. As much of a nightmare that sounds, I know that he would have spent more money than anticipated on products but he still didn't charge me more for the time or the extra toner and colours needed. Thank you so much I just love my hair, and can't wait for my next appointment.
