As usual Irene once again exceeded my expectation. I brought along my Mom, and Irene made sure that she is also looked after. I really appreciate her honesty - and I like the fact that she takes so much pride in what she does. Thank you Irene for looking after us.

environment is good and customer service also not bad, but the real service for doing the hair treatment is not worth that much money. also the hair designer talked too much, selling the products and services too hard that made I feel very uncomfortable.

Thank you for the best ever hair cut and colour. This was my first visit to the salon and I will be back. First class treatment in a first class salon!

Could use more massaging during hair wash. That's the most relaxing part of the hair treatment. That's the only thing i was dissapointed with.

This is my favorite hair dresser in town. I usually go there for cut, treatment and colour. and I have always been happy with the service. however today I didn't get proper service. Usually for a cut I get a wet cut and a dry cut after the hair is straighten. and I told them that I want a bob which looks good curly and straight. but unfortunately I only got a wet cut and by the time I realize there is no dry cut it was too late and my hair was styled curly with products.
