Irene was great! friendly, chatty, she gave good advice / suggestions. My only criticism would be that no mention of price was discussed - especially for the treatments. I should have asked for a pricing but I also think the cost of the two treatments should have been mentioned so I could have agreed or not agreed to have them. A part from that it was a great experience, I am happy with my hair, and I'll be back!
