First time there, and loved that they offer tea and a snack as you enter. As really like the contemporary designed interior its feels relaxed, refined and calming. Also the lighting is good. So many salons have harsh lighting. This one is so natural you barely notice it. Plus the big mirror for final viewing is a great idea. The stylist Mandy was thoughtful and truly professional. Since it was just mid afternoon she offered to rinse my hair before final styling, which was appreciated.

Alvin and the team saved the day and made me feel so special and looked after. They fixed my colour and put my mind at ease after having a bad experience with another salon. Their service was outstanding. Thank you x

Stylist need to find out more about the client, their lifestyle.. during the haircut, i had to give him feedback that the cut he was giving me, firstly made me look like 1) a mother 2) with children. I quoted examples of what i would like to transition into sharon stone with short hair. Neither female nor male look. I told him to go wild and dynamic.. let's say i didn't get that. He already had an idea of what he wanted. A Bob hair cut. I feel bringing me to the mirror and all was a bit too much for me. Looking at the round mirror is enough.

I have been a regular customer to this Salon for several years now,and every time I visit the experience and service has been excellent and consistent. Never been disappointed. It is a gem of a salon!

Exellent service and ambience. I’m very happy with the cut and colour 👍🏻😄 And I will definitely come back again.
