I don't know how Louise does it but my cut always lasts until it's time for the next trim. Which means it always looks good and is incredibly good value. I particularly like the way she does my fringe as no-one else has ever done it this way, I didn't even know it could be done this way, and it brings the whole cut together and makes a real difference. Great pre-Christmas atmosphere today and some fantastic new hair products to try - my best wishes to the whole team and my thanks for everything this year, you've been great.
