The reason I wouldn't recommend isn't because of the service or treatment it's because your expensive and my friends can't afford that much for a colour...thats all. I just go less so I can afford. Thanks

Caroline was exceptionally understanding and empathetic as I sobbed through my appointment following the loss of my pet that morning. If not for her I would have left the salon and postponed my appointment. She was very kind.

Great experience, always difficult changing salon but was talked through the whole experience and was listened too by the stylist. Really good cut and goody bag was a bonus.

I love coming to this salon. It is pricy so I hesitate to recommend it to my family or friends as they can not always afford it. I see it is a treat to me instead of other things so I enjoy coming and being pampered. Everyone is genuinely friendly and ready to have a laugh. I have always received good advice which is relevent to me, not hard sell. My haircut is always excellent and other services such as colouring have been first class.
