I had such a lovely time. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten my hair professionally done so I was a little nervous I must confess but Nicole was so lovely and knowledgeable and did a great job with my hair!

Thank you for noting my last comments re time in salon. Today I arrived in good time for my appt. but was not seen until approx. 15 minutes after the scheduled time. My appt. was for 12.45 and I left the salon at 2.35pm. Still seems a long time, although I think it was shorter than my last visit. So thank you. I have no complaints about how staff served me- all smiling in greeting and pleasant throughout. I have been addressed as "Mrs" on my last 2 visits, today I was surprised to be called, politely, by my first name only, by someone new to the staff on first meeting.

It is expensive, but you get what you pay for! The service is excellent, the staff friendly and helpful if you need something.
