Last couple of visits, things have been a bit manic in the salon and have felt that there were maybe one or two too many clients overlapping but this visit was perfect - busy enough to have a buzz but enough room for everyone and never left sitting for too long. Even at it's busiest, though, the staff look after you very well and are all lovely. Missed a little snack with my tea though as usually get a little sweet treat!

I always have a lovely experience when I come to the salon. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is great nice to come and chill out after a busy week at work. I especially enjoy the head massage this is so relaxing, I hope the staff get these treatments too and experience what the customers receive. Great name for the salon as that’s how the customers feel on their visit.

Service was so amazing all staff were proffessional and very comforting Advice on thinning / fallen out hair was the best i've ever recieved and made me feel and look much better

Always a pleasure. I was very late for my appointment due to my own error and the receptionist was very helpful, and Michaela managed to fit me in aound her other clients without rushing or stressing, which was amazing! My hair looks wonderful as it always does when I leave Spoiled. Thanks ladies!
