As soon as I went into Spoiled this morning I was greeted by lovely helpful staff- my coat was taken and I was offered coffee. Jane my stylist took me through and asked what I was wanting done and offered really helpful advice on cut and what would suit me. Jane has a friendly , professional manner and explained each stage of my cut and treatment. I love my cut and I always enjoy my Spoiled experience- on leaving I always feel relaxed, happy and good about myself!
