Coming to Spoiled is always a lovely experience. I feel really looked after and all the staff are brilliant. From the minute I come in the door I am acknowledged and made to feel welcome. The little details such as getting a head massage and hand massage during getting my hair washed is an amazing touch, I always feel so relaxed and pampered. I haven't had that kind of experience in any other Salon. I absolutely love my hair every time I leave too, i'll be coming to Spoiled for years to come.

I am always made to feel welcome and a valued customer. Lisa is always professional. lovely to chat to and listens to what I would like and clearly knows how my hair will 'behave'. I come out feeling relaxed and pleased with my cut every time.

As always an amazing experience and treat for my hair coming to spoiled. Jane did an amazing job with my colour today and was very knowledgable About products and how best to take care of my hair between colours. Always nice to be spoiled !
