Excellent service only experience 1 small problem difficulty hearing accoustics not good however I appreciate that the use of masks makes it more obvious.Fortunately the vaccine will make a difference in the future.

Michaela has been doing my hair now for a couple of years and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. She always listens carefully to what I want and gives really useful advice. I trust her with my hair completely. The whole experience at Spoiled is lovely. The salon is beautiful, everyone is always friendly, professional, and really tries to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Even with the current Covid restrictions it is still a very relaxing experience in beautiful surroundings.

The staff at Spoiled are lovely -- very welcoming and efficient. Extra care was taken to promote good hygiene in a Covid world. I find the salon noisy (it's partly the acoustics, plus loud talking, music and hairdryers etc.) and it's now even harder to have a conversation with masks on. There was quite a lot of dye left on my forehead after my hair had been coloured even after it had been cleaned off -- not sure what can be done about that! But overall a very good experience.

Felt very safe and well looked after. Hygiene measures were great and the screens between the wash basins were smart and functional. Well done all.
