Their statement says they're dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction’, and that was certainly my experience. I was delighted with my cut from Sebastian. The conversation about what I wanted felt collaborative, he absolutely listened to what I wanted, and offered much needed advice. The welcome on arrival felt genuine, and the atmosphere in the salon was very nice. I was offered tea/coffee by three different members of staff during my visit 😊 I’ve found a fabulous new hairdresser!
