I am a new customer having just moved to the area. The salon was recommended to me. The staff have been lovely and are aware I do have a degenerative neurological disease that makes walking challenging. My only issue with the overall environment is to do with the main entrance and customer toilet. Given the age of the building I do understand that it is difficult to make the area fully accessible. I think the front door entrance could be improved with this in mind - it is challenging to open the front door - an electric button to press would be great. Also, with the customer toilet there are a couple of steps up to the corridor leading to the WC which could be altered perhaps to a slight ramp. Once inside the WC, a grab bar at the side of the toilet would be of great assistance. Otherwise, I am very happy with my new hairdresser.
