I am so very pleased to have discovered Sloanes Bespoke Hair salon. It is always so very welcoming , and the staff seem to have a sincere desire to do the best they can to make the time spent at the salon very positive. In particular I feel very pleased to have the skills&stale of Emily to keep my errant head of hair in great 'working ' order! Thank you

I have been attending Sloanes now for 6 years and have consistently received excellent hair care and treatment. Always friendly and fun the stylists provide an excellent service. I have my hair coloured and/or cut about every 5 weeks and I have not attended another hairdressers since 2009. The 7 rating above relates to the Salisbury salon which is quite small (but smart). However the Shaftesbury salon would get a 10 for overall environment.

All staff are lovely which makes it a treat to visit. Extra's such as the complimentary head, kneck and shoulder massage, hand massage etc are very relaxing and welcoming, making the visit much more than just getting a hair cut!

The service and standard of hairdressing are both excellent. It is obvious that the stylists are highly trained and this gives you total confidence. They listen to what you want and make suggestions as to which products would aid your appearance. It is a totally relaxing experience and that is, after all, what we are all looking for when visiting the hairdressers - some down time.
