Lovely experience, had exactly the haircut I asked for. The only thing I would have as feedback is when paying for one of the top stylists I wouldn't expect to have a very early starter doing the washing/ head massage as that part wasn't good (and is usually one of the most enjoyable parts!). I understand everyone needs to start somewhere, but maybe they should only be doing the treatments for the lower priced services?
