The stylist who did my hair is wonderful but the lady who did the shampooing was too aggressive, a lot of tugging, I felt like my hair was getting caught on something which I think was a ring she had on. I didn’t enjoy the shampooing at all and just wanted it to be over. I’ve had 3 bad experiences at this salon. One where I had a terrible haircut (I wouldn’t return to that stylist again), the second was a trim done by one of the newer girls (which took nearly 1 hour and it looked like she didn’t know what she was doing). Then there is this time with the painful shampooing. It’s a friendly salon overall and the shampooing is a learning curve for the newer staff. I’m happy with my stylist and would return but only to the staff members I trust.

The confidence of the young stylist has progressed from my last Unfortunately I got wet at hair washing station, I do think all this is due to nerves, hopefully this will improve as stylist matures with experience.

Colour is great. Shampoo and condition is just a nightmare. Painful, tugging and pulling. Enough for me to want to go to another salon now. Really disappointing. That last two occasions of shampoo, I have had water splashed on my face and eyes as well as the most painful shampoo experience I’ve ever had. This is the second time with the same person. I can’t fault the colour services though, that part is great but paying £70 to have my hair pulled is just not worth it. I have come back home twice nice with sore roots. This has only happened with one junior, all the others have been great at shampooing and conditioning but I wouldn’t want to risk it again… I’’m certain she breaks a lot of hair in the shampooing and combing process. The management really need to do something about this. Nobody’s hair deserves this much aggression.

Compared to my previous experience ,yesterday was not so good. Probably due to my age I found the salon very noisy so did not give the feeling of relaxation.

Brought my 4 yr old in for her first haircut before starting school. I don't know the name of the hairdresser because she didn't introduce herself to us. We were in for 10-15 min max, including waiting time when we arrived. Simple straight line cut across her back to tidy up the ends. Cost me £20. Nothing wrong with service but really poor value for the amount of time we were there.

I’ve had highlights done here before and I’ve always been so happy which is why I went back. Kayleigh did my hair and she completely rushed it just because her shift finished at 6 and she left my hair patchy and uneven. I’m really disappointed with the service and didn’t have the heart to say it at the time. I don’t think I’ll be coming back
