Colour is great. Shampoo and condition is just a nightmare. Painful, tugging and pulling. Enough for me to want to go to another salon now. Really disappointing. That last two occasions of shampoo, I have had water splashed on my face and eyes as well as the most painful shampoo experience I’ve ever had. This is the second time with the same person. I can’t fault the colour services though, that part is great but paying £70 to have my hair pulled is just not worth it. I have come back home twice nice with sore roots. This has only happened with one junior, all the others have been great at shampooing and conditioning but I wouldn’t want to risk it again… I’’m certain she breaks a lot of hair in the shampooing and combing process. The management really need to do something about this. Nobody’s hair deserves this much aggression.

Compared to my previous experience ,yesterday was not so good. Probably due to my age I found the salon very noisy so did not give the feeling of relaxation.

Brought my 4 yr old in for her first haircut before starting school. I don't know the name of the hairdresser because she didn't introduce herself to us. We were in for 10-15 min max, including waiting time when we arrived. Simple straight line cut across her back to tidy up the ends. Cost me £20. Nothing wrong with service but really poor value for the amount of time we were there.

I’ve had highlights done here before and I’ve always been so happy which is why I went back. Kayleigh did my hair and she completely rushed it just because her shift finished at 6 and she left my hair patchy and uneven. I’m really disappointed with the service and didn’t have the heart to say it at the time. I don’t think I’ll be coming back

I wasn't sure how to comment this. My girl went out with absolutely soaking wet hair. I have booked wash, cut and blow dry. I thought it's some kind of wet looking gel.

I felt like my appointment was rushed. I wanted a swim experience, nice hair wash - it wasn't great, water splashed in my face a few times. Sink filling up with water and not draining away poroperly. I asked about hair colour and wasn't shown anything. I asked about volume and wasn't advised on any products.
