My hairdresser is Claire who is currently on maternity leave. When I booked with another stylist (Paige), I was not told that she would charge me £8 more. I am very happy with the haircut I have received, just thought it would have been nice to have been warned about the price difference at the time of booking.

Only reason the professional feedback is lower is simply because I didn’t ask for any specific advice. But as a guy I feel like it’s out of our comfort zone for most to go to a salon rather than a barbershop. But I felt really comfortable and welcome there and I’m extremely happy with the results.

I always enjoy visiting Salon 55 as the staff who tend to my hair are very caring, attentive and capable. If I was to be asked what would improve my salon experience I would say: Improvement to the basins as they can be a little uncomfortable when having hair washed - definitely need rubber padding Also Availability of latest OK or Hello & premium house mags Upgrading coffee to cappuccino/latte machine These are only little things because the general experience is very good.
