Even though I was running late for my appointment and would have fully expected to be told it was too late to get treated the staff were kind and courteous and made me feel relaxed. Listened to what I thought I wanted and gave me good advice and suggested something slightly different. Very relaxed and easygoing atmosphere, didn’t feel too forced in any way. Results were great and I received great recommendations going forward. Products were suggested but felt no pressure to purchase there and then.
