Colour is great. Shampoo and condition is just a nightmare. Painful, tugging and pulling. Enough for me to want to go to another salon now. Really disappointing. That last two occasions of shampoo, I have had water splashed on my face and eyes as well as the most painful shampoo experience I’ve ever had. This is the second time with the same person. I can’t fault the colour services though, that part is great but paying £70 to have my hair pulled is just not worth it. I have come back home twice nice with sore roots. This has only happened with one junior, all the others have been great at shampooing and conditioning but I wouldn’t want to risk it again… I’’m certain she breaks a lot of hair in the shampooing and combing process. The management really need to do something about this. Nobody’s hair deserves this much aggression.

I had my first appointment with Jess. I have naturally curly/wavy hair that has a life of its own. Jess took control of my mane and managed to tame it. Previously I have had a dry cut, where my hair has been cut curl by curl, but Jess understood my hair needs and used a different technique to curl my hair. She cut layers into it and feathered the front to allow my curls to be bold! This means I can now wear my hair when I curl it with a cast and also curl loosely with a brush and hairdryer. Jess was brilliant, she made me laugh and made me feel instantly comfortable and I had complete confidence in what she was doing.
