Nicky has selected, trained and built a wonderful team and has encapsulated a real family-feeling within the salon, all having the common aim of providing the best possible service in the friendliest of atmospheres.

Comment
The only thing that I can critcise is that I was kept waiting longer than usual to see my stylist after my arrival without explanation, or the offer of refreshment (though I was then offered a drink after my hair was washed). Otherwise I would highly praise the high standard of professionalism and attention that I was given by my stylist. Of particular note was the excellent quality of care from the staff member who washed my hair. He took time and gave a great scalp massage!
