Nicky has selected, trained and built a wonderful team and has encapsulated a real family-feeling within the salon, all having the common aim of providing the best possible service in the friendliest of atmospheres.

Yet again I didn't have the stylist I had booked with. I had no explanation or apologies for the change in stylist. I also found the experience in the salon uncomfortable as there was a dog which barked at people who came near. I don't object to dogs as such but it spoiled what is usually a relaxing experience. I'm probably not going to come back to the salon as I was pretty disappointed. I didn't have a problem with the stylist who did my hair but it wasn't as good as my last appointment. I specifically booked with the same stylist again but she wasn't there. I suspect she was at the new salon and as I'm probably not considered to be a regular client someone clearly thought it didn't matter. I don't think it's acceptable to just change the stylist without any explanation.ill be looking for an alternative salon.
