I have experienced many of the top named hairdressing salon chains and other independent Aveda Salons in Surrey over the years. This experience along with my own background in the industry, I have to say hand on heart Sally Adams is a real find! • Even when busy they manage to still maintain an air of calm, which for a customer is a real joy. • Their attendion to detail, right down to the freshly brewed loose leaf tea in individual pots is a notch above. • The salon assistants are polite engaging and well trained. At no point do I feel that I am on a hairwashing production line or that they are going through the motions. • Complementory Aveda Rituals - I choose the hand massage, it’s a lovely relaxing touch. • The salon appears spotlessly clean, even the magazines - always current l, are presented in individual binders! • I am a big fan of Aveda hair colour - The colours are vibrant with good coverage and the pigments are all naturally derived. I get asked a lot about where I get my colour done. I have been stopped in the street before and am always happy to recommend Aveda ( I have experienced most hair colour brands) and although good I find the condition shine and pigment lasts longer with Aveda. •. In the last 5 years I consciously avoid products tested on animals and Aveda ticks that box for me. Having said that Estee Lauder the owners of Aveda and other non animal testing brands do not support this philosophy as a company which doesn’t sit well with me. • I have yet to have my hair cut here but that’s only because of logistics not for any other reason and hope to soon. Always thrilled with Sally Adams and especially Kerry’s expertise. My only issue is when you just have a few foils put through for scattered highlights only, I think £66 fairly expensive for approximately10 foils.

A friend recently recommended this Cobham salon and Vicki in particular for her colour work. I was not disappointed. The salon is extremely well appointed and has much more of relaxed spa feel to it rather than high street hairdressers. This is partly due to the decor and lighting of the interior, but also due to attention and service provided. Everyone was lovely, the selection of refreshments brilliant and I really wasn’t expecting a complimentary hand massage!! I came out feeling pampered and indulged. Price wise I also got a pleasant surprise, one of the few salons that don’t insist on you having a blow dry and adding another 25 quid to the deal. I’ve already been back and am happy to report exactly the same treatment second time round. I will be telling friends and family......actually I might not!!!!
