The only reason I hesitate to give full marks is that the price (about which I am not complaining!) would probably limit the number of family and friends able to take advantage of your wonderful services.

As a side comment, as you may not be aware, we do offer Ladies Cut & Finishes from £49 over 6 levels of Stylists in a hope to be able to accommodate guests with all budgets. We would be more than happy to make a personal recommendation for your family member or friend if you like.

I found the whole experience very relaxing, from the head and shoulder massage to the hair wash and cut. Charlotte always knows just what to do with my hair and I leave feeling so relaxed and happy. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

I find the recommendation of products excellent, having fine ,difficult hair I have been very pleased with the result. Likewise I am very happy with my haircut which is very important for me to be able to manage it myself between visits. I was recommended to you by a friend , so all in all very good. I would not hesitate to recommend you.

wonderful stylists but... inconsistent support staff. Some of the shampoos can be slapdash. Magazines not great. Used to be offered a hand massage but never am now. I don't feel it is a special outing like it used to be.
