Ali is always cheerful and helpful at reception and all the staff are polite and helpful. There is always an offer of teas and coffees and a wonderful range of spa treatments upstairs. The salon gives complementary hand massage during hair colouring processes and neck and shoulder massage for wash and blow dry. Alice has been my stylist for nearly 4 years and is brilliant at cutting as well as styling and colouring my hair. I love the Aveda products and regularly buy make up, skin treatments and gift items.

I visited Sally Adams for the first time today and was extremely impressed by the treatment I received. Friendly welcome and the spa therapist was absolutely lovely as well and providing a good service. I will most definitely be returning.

I am very happy with the service and quality of hairdressing thatI receive at Aveda. Imogen is both a meticulous cutter and a superb colourist, who really listens to what you are looking for and delivers. She is by far the most experienced and talented hairdresser I have ever had. All the staff are very nice and there is a peaceful atmosphere within the salon. Highly recommended.
