The salon fit me in to help me with a fringe crisis. The ladies I spoke to initially were absolutely lovely and so helpful, and the lady who did my hair was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted, advised me, and the job she did is perfect. My only thing was that it was rather expensive, but I donโ€™t live in the area and maybe the price was pretty bang on for where the salon is. Overall, a very happy customer and would definitely recommend to anyone

This matter has been fully resolved. A misunderstanding at the front desk during the guestโ€™s departure resulted in an inadvertent overcharge. A refund for the difference has been issued, and the guest has expressed satisfaction with the outcome.
