Imogen is an exceptional stylist and I am never disappointed with the service she gives or the finish to my colour and cut. I would recommend imogen without hesitation to anyone! I have left a review before following a visit and my feedback remains the same. The time that is taken in the additional services is far less than it used to be. A hand massage used to be an enjoyable good 5 mins or so whereas now it’s a rub with hand cream front and back. Similarly, the head massage during your wash used to be one of the highlights of the experience but now it’s a quick 2 mins and it’s over. It doesn’t feel as though the junior members have the same training or drive to ensure an optimal experience for the client. In a world where there’s plenty competition and when prices for services are increasing, the small added values make all the difference. The atmosphere in the salon is different now too, and it doesn’t feel as buoyant as it used to.
