I did mention to Zoe - The hair wash and Massage that comes with it is always a big factor in how I view my experience. When its good and this occasion was AMAZING! it makes me want to tip more and basically love and know that my 50 minute drive to your Hairdressers is worth it! Coupled with the fact that I get anxiety at the thought of going to a brand new hairdressers. Zoe is amazing and for this reason I have no plans going anywhere else despite deep down knowing my commute is a little far but its my treat and not feeling anxious is priceless x Thank you Zoe and Team x

Kirin is an huge assett to Saks Heston. I would however like to be informed of how best I can contact Kirin prior to attending my future appointments so I can discuss colour and style prior to sitting in the chair ready to go.

I feel that Saks Heston is one of the best Saks ive ever been to, and Ive been to at least 2 others. As well as one of the best hair dressers Ive ever been to. I find the quality of the service I receive there is outstanding. I do feel it is pricey and many of my friends would not pay these prices and Im pretty sure prices have gone up again recently. Because of the outstanding service (especially from Kiran and Payam) I will always return and have no intention of trying a different hairdressers but if finances got tight i may consider it. I feel the head massage whilst getting your hair washed is excellent but a little longer would be appreciated. Maybe 5 minutes looker at least because it is so relaxing and I feel I would always have liked it to last longer.
