First time going to Saks Heston and it was fab! I had Rupa do my hair and my mum had Leah- they were both so polite and gentle throughout the whole appointment. Before having a cut, Rupa had a consultation with me to understand exactly what I wanted and took the time to explain what would be better for my hair. The head massage was so relaxing and the whole experience was so pleasant. Both girls had lovely personalities and were so friendly- would definitely recommend to everyone. I am so happy with my hair and I will be going there again!

I had Amrit as my hairdresser who did a wonderful job. She listened to what i wanted, provided advice and ensured I was happy as she was going along - not just wait until the end - which i was appreciative of. Service was impeccable - from the receptionist at the front desk to the welcome - thank you! Huge thanks to Amrit - this was my first visit to the salon and you were so lovely and engaging. Very happy with my new shorter cut. I will definitely be back again! :)
