I regularly travel for over an hour to have my hair cut at Sax in Heston. It is always a pleasurable experience, relaxed, comfortable and with a warm welcome and a cup of tea and nice biscuit provided. My stylist Kiran always does exactly what I ask with no fears that she will cut my hair too short or make a mess of it. She is professional and experienced and performs a lovely relaxing head massage during the wash, as well as being good company without the clichéd questions often offered by hairdressers as conversation.
