Felt very relaxed. It was just what I needed! My technician massaged the tension right out of my neck, shoulders & back. Then she soaked the dirt & stress out of my day, which coincided the end of my working week. Then she painted my nails in a colour of my choosing, which today is bright & pretty (pink). Next I got my "summer glow" on!! Pretty happy with my new tan so far :)

All good, except waited to long for appointment, i was booked in at 10.20 and didn't get in till 10.50

I had my eyebrows waxed and while the shape is perfect and my experience while being in the salon was good, I now have burns across both my upper eye lids. It is quite painful and looks terrible. It’s really making me hesitant about coming back to the salon and also recommending it to family and friends

I usually have Olivia who was fantastic but was booked out so I had to go with whoever was available, the lady who I had today was rushing, she left my eyes messy, my brows patchy and not dark like I asked them to be, the centre of my brows are also much lighter than the outside and there are no definite lines where the brows start and end. I am embarrassed about them and can’t wait for them to grow out so I can go back to Olivia.

I was extremely embarrassed leaving the business. I had looked in the mirror twice and they attempted to fix it but there was no shape or anything done. The tint was all over the side of my face and hadn’t been cleaned properly. I used soap and sanitizer to remove the excess and scrubbed. I then had to have a friend fix them and put some shape in. I have never had a experience like this before here and unfortunately I won’t trust to be back.
