The old problem of asking for a trim, and getting over two inches removed after it was agreed that the condition of my hair and the length were both good. The cut is fine, it's just not what I asked for. Very disappointing.

I was there for 5 hours, so it was very slow. Half head foils and cut. It is a very long time to sit and for there to be no beverages available and no offer to get something bought in. There were no magazines. So very long, parched and boring. If I had been made aware on the phone prior to appt I could have organised my own. The team were very pleasent and apologised for all the phone calls to organise as staff had covid. I was concerned about the cost of the appt which seemed very expensive and thought maybe I had been overcharged. The colour was good.

I was a bit disappointed after my last visit. I don't usually buy products but I did invest in 3 new products the previous time and then felt like I got another sales pitch for another new product this visit.... it's not my thing and I tried to get this across. Perhaps a bit of a misunderstanding bw me and my new hairdresser - also had some trouble getting across the different type of styling I was looking for - I thought the words I used would be well understood.

$125 to colour my hair, not even a custom mix just "pick one of these colours", like I was buying a packet colour from the supermarket. Once it was done I was only given a half hearted "dry" and sent out with still wet hair. Left feeling totally ripped off and kind of disheartened about the whole experience. Usually getting my hair done makes me feel special and pampered and this place made me feel like crap.

Disappointed that my very expensive colour wasn't at all what I asked for and my queries and concerns were brushed aside. Stylist quickly moved onto another client well before I was finished, leaving someone else to complete my service. Long term customer but won't be back I'm afraid.
