My family don’t live close by so I wouldn’t refer them. I think the cost is too high, or if it was justified more clearly or you had a comparison chart of other businesses to justify the cost, I might be happier to pay that in future. Alternatively if there was an effort made to help give discounts rather than try to add extras on, that would give me/customers more faith that the costs are necessary. At a more reasonable price I would be more likely to come more regularly.

I have been going to Rhubarb Hair for 3 years now and I must say I have not once left disappointed. My color has been great (thanks Fiona) and cuts are always perfect. It's taken the team a little while to get to know my face but they are friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work guys!!!!

I love my cuts at Rhubarb but my most recent bleach left me with a lemon tinge to my hair. When I've come before I've left with snow white hair but this time I came up with scabbing on my scalp the next morning and I'm not the usual white tone, it's throwing off pastel yellow tones. My stylist offed to have me come back and fix it. I'm a bit hesitant to have more on my scalp when it's sore, though I appreciate the offer.

Friendly and professional staff. I was disappointed at having to wait 25 mins for the colourist and then stylist, despite arriving in time; but when I was seen, the staff were attentive and showed pride in their work. For the first time ever, I was actually comfortable in a hair wash chair and the colourist gave a wonderful head massage. Overall happy and will return, but unfortunately not too often as it's expensive.

Been going here for years. Lovely experience and everyone I have had haircuts with are wonderful but the price has increased quite a bit and I don't get notified about the changes.
