I came in today because my blonde had dulled to a dark brassy colour. I asked for it to be brighter, lighter and a creamy/ash tone with no brassiness. 3 hours and $300 later my hair looks exactly the same plus with brassiness. I wasn't overjoyed when I left but thought it was ok, definitely nothing to complain about. But when I got home I realised that it just wasn't what I asked for and definitely not worth the money I spent. The girl who did my hair was lovely and she didn't do a bad job as such, as in, she hasn't stuff up my hair, however I came in and spent money I don't really have on my credit card so I could have lovely blonde hair before my overseas trip and I may as well have not come in at all. Unfortunately I don't have time to come in to get it looked at as I'm heading overseas.
