I came in today because my blonde had dulled to a dark brassy colour. I asked for it to be brighter, lighter and a creamy/ash tone with no brassiness. 3 hours and $300 later my hair looks exactly the same plus with brassiness. I wasn't overjoyed when I left but thought it was ok, definitely nothing to complain about. But when I got home I realised that it just wasn't what I asked for and definitely not worth the money I spent. The girl who did my hair was lovely and she didn't do a bad job as such, as in, she hasn't stuff up my hair, however I came in and spent money I don't really have on my credit card so I could have lovely blonde hair before my overseas trip and I may as well have not come in at all. Unfortunately I don't have time to come in to get it looked at as I'm heading overseas.

I've been going to Rhubarb for almost 10yrs now. I have never been disappointed with the service, outcome and professionalism. Awesome and brilliant hair, thank you again Nat, luv how you make my hair look!! Natalie and Mark have an excellent crew, a testament to their business ethics. All the staff at Rhubarb are professional, 21st century hair specialists with old school skillsets and they are consistent!!

What an awesome place. the best hair washing experience in the WORLD! Totally incredible, and so relaxing. Coffee... unbelievable. Friendly and funny... not annoying like "so... doing anything this weekend?" annoying. thanks George! Oh... and great cut too! I'd leave a photo but its late and I look like shit... though my hair looks great :)
