I've been going to Rhubarb since they opened and have always found Mark, Nat and then rest of the team to be constantly great. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I've been a follower of Rhubarb since they opened many years ago and have followed Mark from South Yarra to Brunswick since 1998! You don't lose touch with a great hairdresser who has a terrific team!

Mark is a master stylist . My cut looks great and holds its shape until the next cut 6 weeks later.. Mark is an active listener who is open to feedback. On my last visit I took in a photo of the cut and colour I wanted. Mark wasn't quite happy with the colour initially so asked Bec who did a great job to make the colour cleaner.......which is what I wanted. The result was stunning and exactly what I wanted. Mark is a perfectionist............what more could you want in a stylist? He is also very upfront and transparent with the process so you are kept well informed of each step in the cut and colour and the reasoning behind it. It is obvious the salon has high expectations for all in a friendly professional environment. Peaches the resident pup is a major draw card! A salon I would highly recommend.

My haircut and hairdresser, Lara, was outstanding. She was incredibly warm, friendly and the haircut was fantastic. The only negative part of the experience was that I waited 25 mins before the haircut began. I would have loved to have had that extra time on my day off. Also maybe in future if there is a wait, someone could just give a heads up that there will be a delay, I would have run a few errands locally while I waited. Still, the haircut was great, so I will go back.

Love Rhubarb! Have been going there for 4 years and would not go anywhere else! I've even been living interstate for 2 years and I still fly over to see Fiona for my colour. Always happy with the service and experience.

The online booking system is a good idea, however it is a little difficult for clients to select the correct option for them if they are not certain about the terms - ie, I made an appointment for a full-head tint, as I wanted to go lighter in colour, however when I got to the salon the hairdresser advised this wasn't the right option (I should have selected foils) and unfortunately I had to come back another time.
