Have just had my first appointment of the year one day after they opened in 2016. With no prior warning was told that all prices have gone up by 10%. Most unprofessional as there was no reason given other than prices had not increased for a while. Will need to consider future with Rhubarb as this is a rather cynical way to treat loyal, longstanding customers.

I love coming here and having a small baby it's a little bit of me time away so I look forward to the relaxing part - massage and hot towel etc, but i do find sometimes it depends on the person you get that you sometimes get it and sometimes not at all. It seems that if there is a rush or someone is busy, the process seems different every time. I think for the money it costs would be good to know what you're going to get the same standard of service every time. I also find it a bit confusing that sometimes I get charged more than other visits. I have had the same thing cost $30 less before. I am not sure if toner gets added to the process during the colouring and then it's charged to me without knowing?

Overall a very pleasant experience. I would have liked a bit more pressure on my head massage during my shampoo (did request this at the time but no no avail) and the hairdresser cut my hair about half an inch to an inch shorter than I requested but overall I can’t complain. I like my hair quite a bit now that I have got used to the length and I’ve had several compliments!!
