So many salons in Hawthorn have fallen on hard times that I was struck by the hum and bustle at this busy popular salon. Everyone I have dealt with here has made me feel special and pampered. I appreciate the extras, like the shortbread biscuit with the cup of tea and the welcome shoulder massage. The technical quality of the hair styling and colour treatments is top notch. I also like that it’s a family business owned and founded by one of the stylists who works there.
