After paying an arm, a leg and about $400 at one of the prestige salons in Elwood for colour and re-style I went to Bec&smith the next time expecting a standard experience. However, It soon became evident that I had in fact been ripped off by the prestige salon and was completely blown away by my experience at Bec&smith. I have now been a few times and recommend to anyone looking for a great cut/colour or blow wave to go! The girls there are courteous and professional, they will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, they take the time to ask you about preferences and will make suggestions to help achieve your desired outcome. I go for a wash, cut and blow dry they use products on my hair making it feel and smell great. I never feel pressured to buy the products like most places and they never pressure me to rebook. Outstanding every time!
