Hairdresser running 30m mins late - no bother, I don't mind waiting. But, I didn't get the haircut I asked for, not enough taken off. I said it wasn't short enough so a tiny bit more was cut with clippers - not enough. Clearly in too much of a rush to finish. My 4th visit here, not sure I will be returning. 3 weeks later and it feels like my hair needs cutting again. I'd rather be anonymous because oddly I feel embarrassed! It's hard to complain directly when you have raised the issue and it's still not dealt with! I'll vote with my feet and take my business elsewhere. Lovely people.
