The whole team at Raw Element are extremely professional and make me feel like one of the family. I have been going to Raw Element for a very long time and most of my family now go there too. I am a very fussy client but both Wendy and Eric advise and guide me to achieve exactly what I want. Highly recommend and have done already to friends and family.

Raw Element staff members are professional, courteous and very skilled in their craft. This is without exception, and applies to all staff I have encountered in the six or so years that I have been a client. The salon itself is a warm and comfortable environment in which clients are treated with respect and care. Trainees at this salon are clearly given a valuable and enriching experience, and this is evidenced by their obvious passion for the industry. The team at Raw Element love what they do and they believe in doing it well for their client base: they are at the forefront of competitions and shows and their successes are celebrated by all who work there. I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive at Raw Element. My needs and wants are never superficially listened or adhered to: the staff at this salon consult with their clients, advise and offer their valuable expertise. As a result, I have never left the salon feeling unhappy or dissatisfied with a cut or style.
