Staff- always polite, welcoming and helpful without the 'only interested in our beautiful young clients' youth focus of some other salons. Music - at level where it's easy to hear and not the usual head banging disco sound of many other salons - they were playing blues at my last visit ( more please). Staff happy to discuss products but not in the least pushy about you buying from them. The 'dreaded wash room' - a joy I look forward to at this salon - peaceful, candlel lit, better than usual relaxing music, lovely smelling wash products, good head massage and warmed towels after the wash - bliss ( I'd happily go along just for the wash room service). Parking - normally a pain in Carlton but the salon offers a deal with the car park next door. Timing - the reason I often leave salons; if you want me to make an appointment & arrive on time , return the courtesy - understood at this salon.
