Comment
The head massage is one of the things that keeps me coming back. A couple of times I didn't get a massage and I was pretty upset. I'm not a very talkative person in a salon I like that I'm not forced to talk if I don't want to. I really appreciate that. Sometimes my appointment ends up being more expensive than expected. I would appreciate better transparency about prices and what I'm being charged for or forwarding that they're doing something that will increase my bill if I didn't ask for it.
