I couldnt rebook with the lady I had the last couple times so the booking person said i would just be with who ever and if another client request a particular person then my appointment would be moved around. I asked if I'd be just booked with who ever and she said yes. I've been going here for years and there are therapists I would have liked to request and some i don't want again. I don't get why I couldn't request a particular therapist?
