Extremely over priced for booked hour long massage which was reduced to only 40 mins massage received. Kept waiting queue like without explanation or attendance. Not enough seating so i had to stand even though i arrived fifteen mins prior to apmt as was required. Eventually asked what i was there for and given ipad to covid log in, then more waiting standing up, without explanation. Eventually asked to go into massage room where was directed to disrobe for booked hour massage. Youngest Girl, as lovely and professional as she was, was 6 months experience at massage, and the actual time spent massaging was under 45 mins. Not worth it. $105 cost for a 40 min massage. I won the $100 voucher and would not go there to pay for a massage otherwise. Im not into spending a small fortune on skin care and it seemed it was such a shop. Pleasant girls in shop, but not worth the tall money cost for the overall experience/service exchange.

I was kept waiting nearly 15 minutes before I was taken in, then as we were running late I was told we wouldn’t do the light analysis, so in we went, the worst thing is my sister in in-law had a pedicure and on her way out accidentally knocked her two big toes, we were now out of time so she was charged $75 and we walked out with smudged toes, she got home and removed the polish and redid them, Just not good enough on a customer service, My sister in law was extremely disappointed

I was extremely disappointed by my appointment on 15/10/22. It was meant to be at 1.50, however I didn’t get seen until 2.20pm. My beautician was very rushed (as she said she needed to leave by 3pm) and this was felt when she was putting on pads etc around my eyes. There was no care taken and I was told that I couldn’t have a eyebrow wax as she didn’t have enough time. My eyelash lift, particularly on my left eye was not working and she was very rough with applying the product to the lashes and so a lot of this went into my eye. After getting frustrated and blaming it on me for never having this procedure done before she finally got a colleague to come in who advised the placement of the products weren’t in the right spot for it to work. Now 3 days on I look at my eyelashes and can not see any lift or curl, I’m also really disappointed with the tint as it’s not even noticeable and I have resorted back to mascara. I thought the experience was a complete waste of my time and I feel the 20% which was given due to the above does not even compensate for my time, nor the end service to my eyelashes.

I visited Pure Indulgence at Robina today for my birthday to have a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was so bad they had to refund it and remove the polish and the pedicure isn’t the best either. The last time I visited Pure Indulgence was quite sometime ago but I remember it being a very relaxing experience this time was not like that at all and considering it was for my birthday it was very disappointing. The staff member was very nice but she kept looking at the time (obviously she was under pressure to keep to the allotted time). When leaving the staff member at the desk was quite rude and though they refunded my manicure I left feeling very disappointed and unhappy. I will not be returning to Pure Indulgence anytime soon.
